1. Design Review & Feasibility

All designs must be reviewed and approved before production.

We will evaluate:

  • Structural feasibility
  • Material suitability (especially for cork)
  • Production complexity

? Not all designs are suitable for cork materials or our manufacturing process.

2. Development Process

Step 1 – Design Evaluation

  • Review your design
  • Provide feedback and suggestions if needed

Step 2 – Sample Development

If feasible, you will need to:

  • Provide a physical sample, or
  • Request full development from scratch

? For full development:

  • A design/development fee will apply
  • The fee depends on product complexity

Step 3 – Sample Production

  • Begins after sample/development fees are confirmed
  • Estimated time: 7–10 working days

If physical sample shipping is required:

  • DHL Express: 3–7 days (€15–40 depending on destination)
  • Postal Service: 3–4 weeks (€10–20)

3. Modifications Policy

  • The sample stage typically includes 1–2 reasonable revisions
  • Additional changes may incur extra costs

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Production starts only after sample approval.

Typical MOQ per design (not mixed):

  • Large products (bags, backpacks): 100 pcs
  • Medium products (crossbody bags): 200 pcs
  • Small products (wallets, coin purses): 300 pcs

? Final MOQ may vary depending on:

  • Material usage
  • Product structure
  • Cutting efficiency

5. Production Timeline

After sample confirmation:

  • Orders enter the production queue
  • Estimated production time: 2–4 weeks

6. Material & Color Variation

Cork is a natural material, therefore:

  • Slight variation in texture and color is normal
  • Printed or dyed results may differ slightly from digital previews

7. Technical Requirements

To ensure smooth production, please provide:

  • Product design drawings and cutting specifications (if available), or
  • A physical sample

If neither is available:

  • Development will be based on reference images

? Non-production-ready files may require adjustments.

8. Payment Terms

  • Sample and development fees: paid in advance
  • Mass production: full payment required before production begins

9. Important Policies

  • Production starts only after sample approval
  • Customized products are non-refundable
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • All designs and logos do not infringe third-party rights
  • We do not assume responsibility for intellectual property issues
