FAQ: Why is there no further tracking update for my shipment sent via CTT Portugal Post?
If you selected 'Post Ship' as your shipping method when purchasing the product, once it leaves Portugal, we rely on the tracking information provided by the transit and destination countries. Some countries do not update tracking information promptly, while others do not provide any updates at all.
However, some countries do offer continued tracking updates after the package leaves Portugal, including:
✅ EU some countries, the UK, Australia, Japan, etc.
For these destinations, you can continue tracking your parcel on your local postal service’s website after it departs Portugal.
On the other hand, some countries do not provide further tracking updates, such as:
❌ The United States, Canada, etc.
If your destination country does not provide updates, the last available tracking information will be from Portugal before departure. In such cases, we recommend waiting for delivery within the standard timeframe.
