Custom Printing Process

We offer custom printing using our COF-323 cork fabric as the base material.

Minimum order:

  • 5 meters per design

  • It is not possible to mix multiple designs within the same 5 meters

Customers can provide their own design files for production.

Design Review & Approval

All designs must be reviewed in advance by our design and production teams.

Please note:

  • Not all designs are suitable for cork printing

  • Final approval is required before confirming any order

Sampling Options

We offer free sample support to help you evaluate the material and printing result before bulk production.

Standard sample (free):

  • Usually provided in approximately A4 size

  • Used to preview the design and printing effect

If physical sample delivery is required:

  • Shipping cost applies

Shipping options:

  • DHL Express: 3–7 days (approx. €15–€40 depending on destination)

  • Postal service: 3–4 weeks (approx. €10)

Important:

  • Production starts only after sample approval

  • Final bulk production will follow the approved sample standard

Pricing

Custom printing adds an additional cost of:

Production Time

  • Cork is a natural material, and its texture may influence the final result

  • The printed effect will have a slightly textured and organic appearance, not as flat as synthetic materials

  • We strongly recommend testing before bulk production if exact appearance is critical

  • Seamless designs provide the best visual outcome on continuous fabric

Order & Return Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled during the sample stage (sample cost not refundable)

  • Once production starts, the order cannot be cancelled

  • Custom printed products are non-refundable and non-returnable
