You can track your order by logging into your account on our website.
- Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be available in your account
- You will also receive the tracking number by email once the shipment is dispatched
Shipping & Delivery Time
Please note that shipping time and delivery time are not the same.
- The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you selected at checkout
- Each shipping option shows its estimated delivery timeframe before you place the order

If You Did Not Receive Any Order Updates
If you have not received any updates after placing your order, there may be two possible reasons:
- The email address was entered incorrectly during checkout
- The order was placed without providing an email address
? In these cases, we are unable to send order confirmations or tracking updates.

- If you did not receive any updates, please contact us directly by email
